Thank you for your response :-) According to the Stages of Change model a relapse is a part of the process of making a lasting change. Would you be interested in learning about a relapse session?

We're sorry that you relapsed. However, all is not lost. It has been discovered that a relapse is a part of the process of making a permanent change.
The behavioral science "Stages of Change" model describes the stages that people move through when making a permanent change. And relapse is the sixth possible stage. You can read more about the "Stages of Change" here... www.mindcode.co.za
Anyone that has succeeded at making a permanent change has at some point relapsed before finally succeeding. And so, a relapse is not really a failure as long as you can learn from it.

Can you recall your reason for your relapse? And would you be interested in a relapse session? We'll use your relapse as a learning experience to free yourself from smoking for life.
