If you find that your booking is not going smoothly you may have skipped one of the steps in the booking process. Follow the steps below and your booking should go smoothly.

1. Select the DAY on the calendar.

2. Select the TIME on the calendar.

3. Select one of the radio buttons for SMOKING, VAPING or BOTH.
OPTION: You can also select to ADD PARTNER here if you choose to.

4. Click the BOOK NOW button.

5. Enter your details on the checkout form.
If you have made a booking on the website before your address details have been saved and you will be prompted to login with a OTP sent to your emails address.

6. Click the PAY FOR BOOKING button.

Follow the above steps and you will be taken to the PayFast gateway where you can enter your details for payment.

South African clients also have the Payflex and Snapscan payment gateways as an option. However, it is not necessary to have the Snapscan app or a Payflex account, both gateways offer the option to pay with a card.

After clicking the PAY FOR BOOKING button you are taken to the payment gateway website. If your payment doesn’t go smoothly at the payment gateway, unfortunately we will not be able to assist you.

If you are taken to the PayFast gateway and are experiencing a problem making a payment. PayFast suggests that you try again with the same card or use another card.

You can also use either Payflex or Snapscan to make a card payment. It is not necessary to have the Snapscan app or a Payflex account. Once at the gateway simply select their PAY WITH CARD option.

Snapscan and Payflex do also accept international cards for payment.

The website will remove a booking from the calendar that has not completed after a 15 minute duration.
